Samuel Nemati of LeTourneau University to Attend Global Mission Health Conference Nov. 7

Samuel Nemati a Senior Chemistry with Biological Concentration major from Altadena, Calif. is one of seven LeTourneau University students who will attend the Global Missions Health Conference in Louisville, Ky., on Nov. 7-9.

Local physicians interested in investing in the students' lives have provided funding for these students to attend the conference.

"This life-changing conference is a great mix between a missions conference, a medical conference and a conference on international development," said Karen Rispin, LETU professor who is leading the trip. "Our students will have great opportunities to interact with medical professionals from virtually all of the medical mission agencies serving around the world. Also, two recent alumni who are pursuing medical careers, Alysa Nash and Elizabeth Richardson, are also attending with us."
